Super short wait time, very friendly staff. Hands down would go here again before a traditional hospital ER. Everything was fast and efficient. Hospital was super clean.

I knew I needed to go to the emergency room, but the thought of going to a much larger emergency room that could do the same thing that this emergency room could do did not seem very smart on my part. So I decided that I would give this place a try since they are only about a mile and a half from my home. That was one of the best choices that I have ever made. I ended up having to go two times and both times I got exceptional service. I was treated with dignity and respect. They seem like there was not enough that they could do for me. They made sure to check on me all the time . When the doctor would come in and speak with me, he would make sure that I understood everything that he was saying and that if I did not, he would be more than happy to break it down further if that’s what needed to be done for me to understand . When you don’t feel good and you have to deal with other hospitals, emergency rooms where you have to sit for hours upon hours just waiting to be weighed. That’s not being seen just being weighed and your vitals taken. That’s ridiculous. I would encourage everyone. I know that lives in this area to give them an opportunity to show you just exactly what they can do and how they treat their customers , I will definitely go there again when the time comes.

I was having extreme muscle spasms and I took a chance on Memorial Spring. I was very pleased with my experience. We filled out paperwork and we’re seen right away not like waiting for who knows how long at a hospital emergency room. Dr. Enekebe was knowledgeable and thorough - took the time to really explain what was going on with me and the treatment they gave me. The nurses and front desk were super polite and professional as well. So the second time I had the same problem, I went back immediately no question about that! Memorial Spring is my go to for any emergency situations in the future for sure!!

I brought my son in for severe abdominal pain and the staff was amazing. They were super fast and efficient. Dr. Kene really takes the time to get to the bottom of what the problem is and spares nothing to get you the proper treatment. Nurse Lucy was super sweet and so very helpful. They immediately got my IV started and started me on pain medicine and gave me IV fluids for dehydration. When it was time for me to be transferred for surgery they communicated with me every step of the way and made sure all my questions were answered. The facility was so clean and beautiful inside and out. I would highly recommend Dr. Kene and his team for all your medical needs

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. I'm so glad we chose this emergency room. The doctor was great and through. He took the time to really explain things to us and answer our questions. The nursing staff was kind, helpful, and caring. And the building is new, beautiful, and clean. We ended up paying out of pocket and the pricing was much better than we had feared.
I hope we never have an emergency again and need to go to any ER but if we do I'm coming right back here.

This was by far my best ER experience. Walking in didn’t feel like I was at the ER, I felt like I was at a hotel😀.. the doctor was patient and attentive, nurse/front desk was very nice. I will recommend to my friends and family.

Awesome service all the way around, from the front desk registration to the back. Caring nurse, knowledgeable doctor and kind radiology person. Clean, comfortable facility with flat screen TV in patient room that makes wait between procedures easier. Quick and friendly service. I left feeling so much better mentally and physically.

Great experience! Dr. Kene was very helpful and thorough in his treatment, taking care to describe the procedures he was doing and what to expect. He also took the time to answer all my questions and explain next steps fully. Wonderful bedside manner! The whole staff is kind and meticulous about each step of the process, including setting up follow-ups with specialty clinics. Having lived in Houston for over a decade, I would highly recommend this ER over the many others in the area!

I took my dad here for his back and hip pain. The staffs are absolutely best. We got treated right away. They move fast, efficiently and incredibly caring. They almost over checking us though out the visit. If you have an emergency consider visit them. You will be taken care off.

The care was outstanding all the way from start to finish. The Doctor put forth a high level of effort to deliver results. My Son is always scared to go to the doctor they really did a great job calming him down. Cameron, Clint and Dr. Kene made him feel very comfortable. The support from the staff was very professional and pleasant. The facility was well equipped and designed for patient privacy, service and efficiency. The check in process to check out was very easy and fast. We will highly recommend. Great JOB !!!

I brought my wife here because she was having horrible ear pain. It was a very late night visit. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were really nice, professional and funny. They took care of us really fast. I believe we were out of here in less than an hour. The doctor was very knowledgeable about the problems we were having and gave us tips about other things for the future. I personally had kind of given up on doctors and I try to avoid them but now I know where to come if I personally have a problem. Thank you so much and you have no idea how much it means to us that you treated us above and beyond .
